Proximity to the Promenade, secure PIN code entry, presence of a ceiling socket in the hallway

Cleanliness could use serious attention!!! There were strong odors in the room, no heating available before 6 PM, and some staff seemed unresponsive to requests.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Single Room. The code entry felt secure. Loved the new bed and bathroom. Great hot shower! Free hot drinks downstairs were a nice touch. I had a lovely view of the Tower too. 😊

For a comfortable stay.

I was taken aback by the self-check-in, made everything easy, no keys, just punch in codes , and you’re good to go. Really loved the coffee room, they had free drinks all day till 10pm, perfect for those late-night cravings.

It wasn’t exactly low-cost, but still decent for what you get.

The Double Room was really warm and cozy! The Emma memory foam bed was super comfy, and I had a great sleep. Plus, the Smart TV with free Netflix and good Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. I could help myself to tea and coffee, which was great!
